This person will answer phones and emails coming into the property management office. Be part of a small and efficient property team and help manage the 10 story office building and 2 level parking garage. A/P: code and submit invoices in MRI accounting system. A/R: post monthly rent payments in tenant accounts. Assist general manager as needed. Attend meetings and networking events; learn about real estate; learn how to manage an office building; and definitely have FUN!
Will train on all systems; schedule is flexible.
Strong computer skills. Excel and Word knowledge. Confident communication skills.
