The Project Manager must prepare construction project budgets and respond to client-designed RFP’s. The project manager is responsible for overseeing all projects that are awarded to them and working with their internal team to successfully run the project. They will oversee all budgeting, contracts, change orders, OAC meetings, schedule, and be the main point of contact for the client. The project manager will have complete ownership of a project from the bidding/estimating to completion.The senior Project Manager should also have enough knowledge and experience in commercial construction to work with clients through the pre-construction process. This includes, design development, value engineering, cost estimating, existing facility analysis and constructability reviews.
